Founded in 1995 by Dave Christoff, Hallmark was built on a simple idea: real estate should be handled with integrity, experience, and genuine care for people.
Dave began his real estate career in 1977 and spent years managing local brokerages before opening Hallmark Properties in Woodburn. His leadership helped shape the company into what it is today—one rooted deeply in the community, known for professionalism, and respected by clients and peers alike. After decades of service, Dave has sold the business, confident it is in capable hands for the future.

Today, Hallmark Properties proudly enters its next chapter under the leadership of Gina Audritsh, Principal Broker. Gina has been a trusted Realtor with Hallmark Properties since 1999 and brings more than 25 years of experience serving buyers and sellers across the Willamette Valley.
Born and raised locally, Gina’s connection to the area runs deep. Her background in leadership and public safety, combined with decades of real estate experience, means clients benefit from steady guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy—especially when transactions become complex or stressful. Gina is known for treating clients like family and for “getting things done” while keeping clients informed and in control every step of the way.
